We have a medium sized private meeting room in the back of our warehouse. It’s furnished with a large desk, 4 office chairs and tech for all your meeting needs. From 30 minutes to 4 hours, the meeting room is suited for those private / confidential or maybe slightly spicy conversations.

We offer hot desk options for remote workers wanting to leave the monotony of white-walled home offices and kid filled cafes.
If you're looking for a private meeting room for up to 5 hours, we got you covered.
Our hot desk and meeting room offers come with access to tea and coffee facilities.

We have a number of long term desks available for 1 — 6 month leases. You’ll be granted extended access to the space, along with discounted hire fees for events, discounted coffee and free access to all meeting rooms.

Autumn/Winter hours 8am - 6pm
Spring/Summer hours 8am - 8pm
Closed weekends for private events.
Events will be updated in the calendar.
Everything else happens once we’re appropriately caffeinated. -
We cater to many event styles, including private yoga or pilates, weddings and art exhibitions. Please send us an email via the form. Can’t wait to see what you do with the place.

Collaboration
This space is the collaborative effort of Base Art Space owner Lauren Wiltshire and Jack Jack Store & Studios owner Kate Fenton. With our combined experience and excitement for co-working and creative spaces, we decided to transform this old warehouse into a space that inspires others to collaborate, dream up new ideas and do things a little differently.
Communication
Two ears, one mouth. We are here to learn, evolve, share and create. We practice non-violent communication styles in here, we expect the same from you.
Consideration
Consideration is the key to our shared spaces working so well. We’ve considered all the finer details so this space feels inviting and inspiring. It’s up to the people filling Studio97 to bring their unique vibe whilst considering the people around them.
